ORDER PROCESSING

Any orders placed are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Deliveries can take up to 3 days depending on size and location to reach you.

All shipping is done via DPD. Kandy Wonderland is not liable for shipments and responsibility falls solely with the delivery agent.

DELAYED OF LOST PACKAGES

If you suspect that your package is delayed, please do not contact us about your package for at least 4 to 5 working days from the date the package was shipped.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
